If Luo Feng wasnt an advanced god Spirit readers he would have came out earlier, but he was chosen by the AI of the site for a special trial - the Death trial, because he was the most high level advanced spirit reader it has ever seen, which led to him being away for a year and three months

No lol, Hong is the strongest on Earth, followed by Leishen (Raiden/Thunder God) Hong has three bodyguards, they are like his assistants and close disciples.

The ship you say and site No.9 are not related that way. That one is on the Misty Island (back where they fought for tree spirits). That only comes after death of Li Yao. No.9 is just one of assessment ships (all sites except No.1, that is explained well) from Yun Mo Planet motherbase to find potential inheritance candidates being scattered over the planet. You learn that when AI on command ship says AI in No.9 is just one of his subprocess incarnations. The ship with alien is just standalone ship from where he rules the Yun Mo Planet motherbase which acts as its own traveling civilization and posesions. Easiest to imagine is ruler of a country with a plane. His ship is just that plane.

The reason why No.1 is different is that it has no connection with the inheritance plot and it is a prison ship sent to earth long before mothership came to search for inheritor.

It is related in the way that the AI at this site is a subroutine AI for the Yun Haobo, if you remember the AI wonders as to why there hasnt been any contact between them but because of the limitation to it's programming it cannot find out by itself.

Babata says it few times that even Yun Mo barely scrapped enough funds and materials just for that unique ship and everything else in Yun Mo fleet is trash compared to it"

Now you are going beyond what is in this episode, what I wrote is just a small bit of what the sites means, and you choose to expand on it by linking with the cost of the repairs, and not to mention how it will require a very very expensive material to repair his posthumous master's ship, This can go on and then we will find oh there is an actual ship that is even better and cost less than that ship, then we will go into how Luo Feng resurrects his master along with a duplicate ship, and of course it isnt a duplicate since it is the same ship but was brought to the current time with the method Luo Feng used, and then we can go on and talk about technique used to resurrect and the limitations of the process, then we will discuss that certain people of certain cultivation level cannot be resurrected because of the karma involved, and then shall we go and talk about the karma? Literally we can keep going on and on

You forgot to mention: Only from earths standards. Yes he was chosen since for last 5000 years, no one on 'earth' managed to reach this high in 'brain power' and thus there was no other choice. If looking from vast universe perspective then by this point in the story, he was only 'average' at best and Hong in fact was truly a sought after talent even by universe standard. Naturally he gets better later on but by this point, he loses to Hong by a massive margin in terms of talent and potential
